Discussion: Are You Being Properly Deferential To People Ruining Society?
Chime in with your thoughts on the hairbrained takes from the right on when and where you should protest.
This is dumb.
So is this.
There’s a ton of extremely stupid takes, mostly by the right but some well-to-do moderates & media figures as well scolding protesters who demonstrated peacefully outside Brett Kavanaugh’s house this weekend after the draft of the Supreme Court’s Roe decision leaked. You can see footage here:

Which CNN’s White House correspondent John Harwood described as a “hint at physically threatening a public official.”
To be clear, it wasn’t a threat. They were chanting “We will not go back.” Scary.
So, we ask: Are you being sufficiently deferential to people in power? Have you thanked a Supreme Court justice for taking away fundamental rights today?
What do you make of all this? Weigh in below in the comments:
If peaceful protest worked, they'd make it illegal...
If the powers that be don’t think we have a right to privacy, these ghouls don’t either. No government official that can do anything to protect our rights should know a moment’s peace ever again. They should feel threatened to leave their homes, since we are being threatened to be punished for making decisions about our bodies. I have zero empathy for any of them.
